We handle the recruitment and pre-selection of candidates for the employer’s review and final selection. This approach is especially effective when the foreign employer visits in person to conduct interviews with shortlisted applicants. If an in-person interview is not feasible, we can arrange a telephone interview as an alternative.
Once an applicant is selected, the foreign employer issues an employment offer, which is subject to the applicant’s acceptance. Upon acceptance, the applicant undergoes the required medical and laboratory examinations.
Trans Asia then facilitates all necessary documentation with BAIRA. At this stage, the foreign employer also initiates the application for the appropriate visa on behalf of the selected worker.
The standard validity of the employment contract is two years, with the option for renewal upon mutual agreement by both parties. Vacation leave, sick leave, and overtime pay will be provided in accordance with the labor laws of the host country.
The employer is responsible for providing an insurance policy that covers work-related risks. Additional benefits mandated by the host country’s labor laws will also be extended to the worker.
All other matters concerning the employer-employee relationship will be governed by the terms outlined in the master employment contract.
Upon completion of the employment contract, the foreign employer shall issue a Certificate of Release to the worker, if applicable.
For the purpose of obtaining visas for selected workers in Bangladesh, the employer may authorize Trans Asia through a Power of Attorney. This Power of Attorney, along with the Demand Letter, must be attested by the Labour Attache or an authorized officer of the Embassy or Mission of Bangladesh in the host country.
Documents granting permission from the relevant authority in the country of employment—such as Visa Advice, No Objection Certificate (NOC), or Work Permit—must be forwarded to Trans Asia.
The employer may provide their own proforma of the Employment Agreement along with the Demand Letter, Visa/NOC/Work Permit, and Power of Attorney. However, the contents must comply with the local recruitment regulations and procedures of Bangladesh.
Foreign employers may send their Demand Letter to Trans Asia, specifying the type and category of workers required, the terms of service, and the benefits they intend to offer to the workers.
Trans Asia Integrate Services provides basic orientation and pre-departure briefings to workers prior to their deployment. Employers are also welcome to participate in these sessions. During the briefing, workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities, actual salary, and receive essential insights into the host country’s religious and cultural values, climate, language, and work environment.
Trans Asia will obtain the necessary Recruitment Permission and Immigration Clearance from the Bureau of Manpower, Employment & Training (BMET), under the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment (MoEWOE), on behalf of the workers prior to their departure.
