Employment Agreement/Contract
To facilitate a smooth recruitment process, kindly provide the employment agreement or contract, clearly outlining the obligations and the terms and conditions of employment.
Power of Attorney
A Power of Attorney, duly attested by the authority is also required to facilitate visa processing for the designated workers.
Confirmation of Visa Process
Visa Process Confirmation Letter, duly attested by the authority is also required.
Visa attestation
Submission of the Visa Attestation Application, duly certified by the authority is also required.
Guarantee Letter
A duly executed Guarantee Letter duly attested by the authority assuring the proper conduct of all recruitment activities, is also required.
Service Agreement
It is also necessary to provide a Service Agreement between the recruiting company and the agency, duly attested by the appropriate authority.
