Kitchen helpers play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchens, restaurants, clubs, fast food outlets, and catering organizations. They are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, assisting in basic food preparation, and handling the receiving and storing of items, ensuring a safe storage of food.
Their duties encompass a range of responsibilities, including:
Knife skills for chopping foods
Assisting in food preparation
Cleaning and sanitizing
Proper storage of goods with awareness of safety measures
Efficient removal and replacement of rubbish

Upon successful completion of the kitchen helper course, candidates will be awarded a certificate. Additionally, a performance certificate will be granted following a thorough assessment.
