Having solid management skills, you [CANDIDATE NAME] should be able to not only conduct a range of plumbing chores but also communicate with both residential and commercial clients. You will install and repair pipes that deliver water and gas to houses and businesses, as well as pipes that transport waste away from them. As a plumber, you must have the knowledge of installing plumbing fixtures associated with heating, cooling, and sanitation systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reading and interpreting drawings in order to evaluate or plan plumbing installations and layouts
Plumbing system and fixture installation, maintenance, and repair
Cutting, welding, and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures
Troubleshooting issues and determining how to resolve them
Inspecting plumbing and drainage systems on a regular basis
Preparing bids, budgets, and cost estimates
Keeping precise records of labor hours, work descriptions, and supplies utilized

Qualifications:

Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship
Experience as a plumber more than 2 years
Valid plumbing license
Competent in the use of hand and power instruments used in the plumbing trade
Have knowledge of PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
Attention to detail and the capacity to handle numerous jobs at once
Good interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills with a physical dexterity
