Job Overview

As a Duct Fabricator at Trans Asia, you will play a vital role in construction sites and manufacturing plants, focusing on the creation of ducting goods essential for heating and cooling systems in both commercial and residential buildings. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around adhering to safety guidelines, delivering high-quality work within specified timelines, and addressing client demands by providing mechanical solutions pertaining to design, engineering, construction, and energy efficiency. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Selecting appropriate sheet metal gauges and non-metallic materials based on product specifications

• Operating various sheet metal cutting, shaping, and forming machinery, including but not limited to rollers, shears, punch presses, hand brakes, weighing machines, and plasma cutters

• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and guidelines during all fabrication processes

• Collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines and client expectations

• Adhering to the highest standards of workmanship and product quality in duct fabrication

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity in the fabrication process

• Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe

• Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to work on different aspects of duct fabrication as required by the project demands.
