2. Services Offered

Trans Asia Integrate Services Ltd. (RL-1472) is a licensed overseas manpower agency. Prior to starting the recruitment process for any international position, it is required that all demand letters, power of attorney, and draft employment contracts are fully authorized and approved by appropriate government channels.

3. User Account & Candidate Submissions

Candidates submitting CVs or application forms agree to provide strictly accurate, complete, and truthful information (including name, passport number, certificates, and work experience). Providing fraudulent details or fake certifications will result in immediate disqualification and possible legal reporting.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website (including text, company graphics, official logos, service marks, and interface layout) is the sole intellectual property of Trans Asia Integrate Services Ltd. Any unauthorized copying, scraping, or reuse without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Trans Asia Integrate Services Ltd. makes every effort to secure placement for skilled candidates. However, the final visa decision is strictly at the discretion of the respective embassy or destination country. We are not liable for visa rejections or losses resulting from delays in international deployment workflows.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
